2. Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you don’t receive it within a few days, contact us at support@pupcaremart.com.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen events. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.
